  1. i would sit down with your nanny and get to know them. i think it would be good to let the nanny get to know the children while you are there so the children feel comfortable around the nanny when they are left with the nanny.


  2. I think it is important to interview a nanny. Just to get an idea of what type of person will be taking care of young children. I hope that answers your question : )
