Interview??????????

Hi there,

im really excited and really nervous all in the breath cos ive passed the written assessments and the fitness test and ive been offered an interview for the student paramedic job!!( not uni) any hints or tips anyone?? ive heard theres questions on diversity?? conflict?? weakness?? strength?? and i just dont know how to attempt to answer this sort of question??
