What types of questions would you ask at an interview for a full time elementary education teacher? During the first interview with the faculty/staff they give you an opportunity to ask them questions. What are some examples of questions you ask?

  1. Research specific programs at the school, and ask questions about them, even if you're familiar with them. Ask about reading programs, special education programs, etc. It will show that you're familiar with how a school should work, and that you're willing to buy into their program.


  2. One question I heard, and I am sure they still ask...How would you teach English, Writing and Reading (Language Arts) to your students.

    How do you plan to handle discipline/classroom management in your class?
