If they ask what curriculum do you follow what should my answer be like?

  1. you should sit down and examine what you value in teaching art, if it's imagination and the freedom to express yourself through art then that means thats the approach you take.  If you prefer more structured projects then that's what approach you take.

    i think you're looking for something that you can only find in yourself, because it's what you value and your personal teaching style


  2. well you should know because you're the one interviewing to be an art teacher. if you are asking on Y!A you're probably not qualified for the position.

  3. Check online for your state's standards for Art. In Texas we have very specific things that need to be taught at each grade level.
