Question

If an employer asks you "what do you look for in a company?"

how do i respond to this...it's like i know what to say but it doesnt come out correctly..

what would be a good response?...

You could say something like: "I look in a company where I can develop myself and my skills, where I can achieve my professional goals and improve my abilities".

"I am looking for a company that practices the same integrity and respect that it expects of the employees.  I am looking for fair treatment and a chance for advancement based upon  my job performance."

I've interviewed people for 40 years, and that's the answer we are looking for.

It really depends on the kind of job you are looking for.  You are looking for a reputable company that respects their employees.  You are looking for a company that produces happy employees so they will in turn strive to do the best job possible.

I'd say, "A company that is sure to help everybody, is strong or bound to grow strong. A company that is set on a balance of kindness and superiority!" I probably wouldn't remember it anyways.
