  1. You could say something like: "I look in a company where I can develop myself and my skills, where I can achieve my professional goals and improve my abilities".

  2. "I am looking for a company that practices the same integrity and respect that it expects of the employees.  I am looking for fair treatment and a chance for advancement based upon  my job performance."

I've interviewed people for 40 years, and that's the answer we are looking for.

  3. It really depends on the kind of job you are looking for.  You are looking for a reputable company that respects their employees.  You are looking for a company that produces happy employees so they will in turn strive to do the best job possible.

  4. A company with a corporate culture that matches my personality and one that allows for individual growth and development.

  5. I'm not sure how old you are, but here are the answers your future employers are looking for!

In college, summer job: I'm looking for a company where I can really gain some valuable experience for the future. I want to work somewhere where I can put my skills to use and help people.

After college: I'm really looking to start a career. This job in this industry seems like it would be a really good place to grow. There's room for advancement and I know that with my skills, I would be a great addition to the stellar team here.

  6. "A place where I think I can be a valued effort to the work force and make a difference."

  7. a job

  8. Growth Potential.

  9. This is your opportunity to list everything you want from your future employer.

Example: a growing and financially sound company, invests in its employees, gives back to community, etc..

  10. A nice facility and good pay

  11. I'd say, "A company that is sure to help everybody, is strong or bound to grow strong. A company that is set on a balance of kindness and superiority!" I probably wouldn't remember it anyways.
