Interview with crazy lady striping on the street?

Does any one know where i can find this video, it was filmed in toronto and its of a news crew interveiwing a crazy lady, who ends up striping in the middle of the street. It was sent to me through an e-mail and i wanted to send it to someone, its a really funny video I'd appreciate any info onto where i can find it.
