Can you please give me some tips which will help me to clear this round as I really dont want to s***w up. This job will enhance my career. Its a do or die situation. Any suggestions regarding the question I shall expect for such a position from the vice president of the company.

  1. the previous interviewers probably had the job-related questions and this person is just the last stop-they need to make sure he/she OKs you-they obviously are highly considering you. In my experince, this person will want more general info-they will want to know about you and what you bring to the firm from a broader perspective. Also keep in mind that senior level people like this look for potential in a person. They are not looking just to fill a spot, but to enhance the organization and build it's intellecual base. Best of Luck!

  2. Do research on the company.  Learn about their products, mission, history, headquarters, ceo, etc.Be prepared to ask one or two intelligent questions to demonstrate your knowledge.  Clearly this company wants to grow.

They obviously want to hire you, or they wouldn't keep interviewing you.  Stay calm and cool, but friendly.  They want someone who will stay with the company and grow (eventually you want your bosses job and your own assistant)  They want someone who "fits" into their business and can advance their corporate culture.

If you have a good success story from your current position, you may share it.   Show how you solved a problem and/or made your team look good.
