Intestine and breathing, matter of life or death?

Question

Why are intestine (on left side of body (own view) responsible for major breathing instigations?

And why don't doctors come with a good medical capable solution?

I am unable to understand what you like to know.

When you breath in the diaphragm descends and the intra- abdominal pressure increases causing the intestines  to appear prominent in thin individuals  with a weak abdominal wal.
