Intimate Outside dinner for 2 in NYC?

I'm going to NYC for the first time and i would like to go to a restaurant that has a VERY intimate spot, for 2, on an outside patio by lots of candlelight or twinkle (christmas) lights. Does anyone know of a place like this or something very similar?
