Question:

Intrepid Ibex Problem

Currently running Ubuntu 8.04 hardy Heron, very happy with it, my problem is that Intrepid Ibex will be released soon and I don't know if I should upgrade because Hardy is LTS (Long Term Support what exactly does this mean?). I'm not an experienced user, what do you guys think I should do? Thanks.
