  1. Breastfeed good for your baby. But 6 moths only you should start  other food

&milk .no problem little bit  food you  give to starting . it will digest.

  2. why do you want to? I'm not trying to be rude just curious...in four months  you will have made it a year. I'm not sure if he will have trouble with formula every baby is different.EDIT

suman is incorrect breastmilk is the optimum food for babies even past 12 months of life. she is spreading misinformation I hope you make an informed decision and do not just listen to people who know absolutely nothing about breastmilk

  3. Most likely the only problem you will have is him not liking it.  Most (and all babies I have known) prefer breast milk. But it is worth the try. Like they said earlier try giving it to him in percentages. The best thing you can do is wait it out for the rest of the four months and then move him to the cow milk after a year. (doctors prefer you to wait a year to a year and three moths before introducing him to cow milk, Check with your doctor first)

  4. try mixing a little at a time and see how your son reacts......slowly increase the percentage of formula in the mix until the baby can handle the formula

Make sure the baby does not have a alergic reaction to the formula

    Good luck

  5. hi sunshine! i hv done my P.G. in child care and education and my suggestion is that choose a baby food of good company and start giving to your child as per the instructions on the packet. its the right time coz after six-seven months only mother's milk is not sufficient for the child. feel free to ask more. bye. take care.

  6. it would be better to just strictly breastfeed. if you can. if you are going back to work or something then you could supplement but breastfeed when you are home. that's what i do. it is good to keep breastfeeding though because he needs that for his whole system.
