Introductions to quotes?

Question

I need help on introducing quotes. For example, I would put somehting like, In the article blah blah blah, it stated that, "(quote here)".

I cant say the same thing over and over for every quote that I use in my paper, so can you guys help me and tell me some other quote intros i could use?

It can be said that "" but i believe this...

Jostin's (1976) research confirmed ....
