Inverted nipples help.?

Hey, I'm 14 and i have had inverted nipples for as long as i can remember. My mum has them too so it's genetic. I heard of the 'avent niplette' and was wandering if it actually works? Also how old must i be to use it? I'm very embaraced, I cant even be topless infront of my boyfriend.

It's nothing to be ashamed about. A lot of women have inverted nipples. You can use it any age. If you feel this bad about them talk to your mum and tell her you want to do something about it. If you feel that bad it's important you talk to someone and don't be embarrassed.
