Question:

Investing in companies?

Id like to find a startup company and then help them to get off the ground and increase their revenue and profit from helping them.

This profit can come in the form of shares from the company.

But I dont want to simply "invest my money" in them.

I want to be on the board of advisors as well, so that I can give my advice on marketing their brand and increasing revenue.

Id like to have a "say" in the company

How can I achieve this?

  1. Well, I have a start-up corporation that might be interested in this.

There is no "board of advisors", but as a shareholder you would have a vote at annual and shareholder meetings.

If you invest enough I will offer you a position as an officer of the corporation or a directorship.
