Investors should answer this?

i was wonder how i should go about finding venture capitalists to invest in a cruise ship business and i also need someone who knows also about international law and can answer these q's:

-what kind of license(s) are needed to sail in international waters

-how to get foreign workers to work on the ship

-how to register the ship

  1. generally, VC's aren't "idea" people - you need to actually have a company, first..  also, if you don't know anything about the business that you want to get into, then you should pick a different industry.

    edit: haha - 7th grade!  this is awesome.  nice investigative reporting, Joe!

In general, venture capitalists want to invest with people who are experts in the field, not amateurs.  If you don't know how to register a ship, you are not an expert and will not find any venture capitalist willing to invest a dime in you.  Also, in the post below, you claim to be in 7th grade.  Venture capitalists do not invest in 7th graders.
