Invisible Fence Help?

Okay, I need an invisible fence without underground wire. you know, the ones with like a sole transmitter that digitally sets a radius or whatever? Where would I find the company's site online? If those don't exist or are too hard to find, what do most people reccomend as an inexpensive invisible fence for a medium to small sized dog?

that's a lot of boring (but important to me so please answer) questions. here's a not-so-boring one:

What's the best way to remove a fictional charecter from your living room sofa? I've got this Jurrasic Park meets Three Blind Mice thing goin' on, and Donald Duck keeps accidentally setting his tail feathers on fire and setting off the smoke alarm.
