Invisible Hunter and Opinion in contention for the Betvictor.com Handicap

The Class 2 Betvictor.com Handicap can prove out to be an interesting tussle between Invisible Hunter and Opinion. Both are younger than the otherwise experienced field but have the potential to intimidate them. The race at Haydock will be held over a mile,
two furlongs and 95 yards on Saturday, 11th August. The event will be contested by eight three-year and above runners to bag the £12,938 prize money.
The three-year-old, Saeed Bin Suroor trained, Invisible Hunter has cleared his maiden just through the very recent race on the second asking of the career. The American chestnut colt lost the British Stallion Studs EBF Maiden Stakes on 25th October,
2011 at Yarmouth over seven furlongs.
The seasonal debut of Rahy’s son was in the Twickenham Maiden Stakes on 26th July, 2012 at Sandown over a mile. Riding with the best jockey from the Godolphin string, Frankie Dettori, the colt out of, Madeline, defeated the favourite entry of
the race, Dream Tune, by 3 ¼ lengths.
The impressive break through got him an entry in the listed race that too with competition and competitors quite out of his league. There is no other candidate who is racing for the first time after the maiden.
On the other hand, the three-year-old Irish bay colt, Opinion, has missed only two races out of the four seasonal starts.
The Sir Michael Stoute trained won the seasonal debut on 23rd April, 2012 in the Windsor Vehicle Leasing Maiden Stakes at Windsor over a mile and two furlongs. Opinion won the race by two lengths in partnership with jockey, Richard Mullen. Biographer
settled as the runner-up.
After ending fifth in the very next start Oasis Dream’s son bounced back into form and won the Betfred Mobile Sports Handicap on 16th June, 2012 at Sandown over a mile and a furlong. Becoming the ride of Ryan Moore this time, the three-year-old
won the race by 1 ¾ lengths.
The 4 to 1 shot for the race will once again be coupled with Ryan Moore and will break from the eighth gate.
Opinion might just want to settle accounts with the miserable loss that he endured through the very last race.
