Invitation letter for visitor visa?

Hello, I am getting married and I want to invite my aunt to attend our wedding. She lives overseas and I am sending her an invitation letter. Could someone please tell me what makes a strong invitation letter in my case?

I plan on getting married this August and would like to invite and sponsor both my mom and one of my bridesmaids who both live overseas to the wedding.  Can anyone advise of my chances of success of sponsoring two people?

do i have to go to embassy to get the invitation or i just nid to make it by myself?coz i want to invite my gf to come here in canada.and i need to make a invitation letter.
