Inviting an forign exchange student over to hang out?

I want to invite this really cool forign exchange student over to hang out. He lives down the street so he wouldn't have any problem finding my house. The thing is that he is stating with another one of my friends that is the same age. (they are both 16 and I'm 13.) he only talks to me and the person he is staying with on the bus. I'm not shure if I should invite him or him and the person he is staying with. (P.S. I haven't had the person that he is staying with over yet...

You should invite both of them over. How would you feel if you had an exchange student living with you but the guy down the street only wanted to hang out with him and not with you?
