Inviting my friend over to hang out

I want to ask my friend to come over today to hang out and I asked her over the weekend as well but she said she was busy so I told her maybe this weekend. I forgot to tell her that I am free this week since my camp ended but I don't want to call becuz I already called like 2 other times this week. So should I call her since there is a chance she can comer over or should I not? I just don't want to get on her nerves.

Did she sound annoyed or try to rush you off the phone when you talked to her?  If she didn't, it's probably okay to call again.  You can say something like, "I forgot to mention to you earlier that I'm finished with camp, so if you want to hang out anytime this week, I'm free."  

As long as you're not being pushy and trying to pressure her into making time for you then it's okay.  There is nothing wrong with letting her know you're available.
