Invitro Fertilization in Mexico Question for Nationals?

Question

For Mexican Nationals, how high is the success rate for the invitro clinics that are included in the free healthcare system?

Also, are these fertility clinics (that are included in the free healthcare system- not the private ones that require payment) in the hospitals or do they refer you from the free hospitals to outside fertility clinics?

I have been living in MX for several years, so I have a general idea of the healthcare system here- forgive me for any terminology used above that makes it seem otherwise- I just want to make sure my questions are clear. Thank you.

I have never heard of fertility clinics in the government free healthcare system (IMSS, ISSSTE, etc.)
