Involving Computers, Torrents, and an RAR file help?

it also involves a NDS file, yes the file made for the Nintendo DS

I downloaded a game meant for nintendo DS and it won't play, but earlier I had downloaded another game meant for Playstation 1, so what's the difference? also how do I play it on my computer? and last I also have a RAR file, how do I play that?

P.S. if u can tell me if I put a EXE file on a CD-RW and its meant for playstation will it play on the playstation?, if u tell me its a guaranteed 5 stars

u need a dns emulator to play nds games u cant play on ds system tho, ps systems can be altered to play games which ds cant, rar file u need winrar to get whats inside, exe file are not for playstation as that format is only for computer use, playstation uses data discwhich exe isnt
