Io DVR Question-Help Please!!?

I have Cablevision, just recently started having problems with my DVR. When I try and set it up to take all new episodes of a show, it won't tape them. It will tape some shows but not all. The shows that it wont tape I have to go in manually and set it up to tape each episode by itself. Its so frustrating!! I have recording space free that's not the problem. I just don't get what the problem is.

well thats a hard one to answer. Do you have it on First Run Only? or all episodes?

that is the only reason it would pick and choose a show>
