Ioffer and paypal?

im gonna use my bros paypal account to buy something on ioffer but i want it sent to me not him. do i need to tell the seller where to send the clothes to? will she send it to the paypal address?

Most venders will only send to a verified address  - i.e. the address on the credit card you are using through paypal.  Your best bet is to see if the vendor will accept a money order or check, then they can send it to any address you choose.
