Ionic Breeze Quadra Electrostatic Air Cleaner,...

The unit abruptly stopped. Unit does not operate/turn on. Indicator light does not operate, neither green (on) or red (off).

Unit was cleaned. Still does not operate. Is there a simple fuse that "blew" and can be changed? Cannot locate a manual or operating instructions.
