My Ionic Pro work terrifically until one day the clean light came on. I cleaned the blades let them dry and re-inserted them. When I powered up the clean light comes on instantly. I contacted Ionic Pro customer service, and all they wanted to do was sell me new blades. It seems to me that there is some sort of grounding fault. Customer Service place the blame on the store I bought it from, storing it improperly. Anyone have any suggestions. I've re-cleaned the blades (with water only) and blew out the carriage with compressed air. And that's it
