Ionic Pro Turbo air purifier

Question

I have been having a problem with turning it on. It would take numerous pushes on the button to get it on. Then i had a hard time to get it to the power setting I wanted. The last time I was only able to get it to operate on low. I turned it off to clean the collection blades and now I can't get any power. It is dead. I checked the outlet, blade connection, door closure, and reinserted the blades many times with no luck. This unit is only about one year old.
