Iowa flooding?

Why isn't there any looting going on in the flooded areas like what happened after Katrina???

idk. im FROM iowa!!!! cedar falls actually where some of the flooding took place. there are a lot of people helping out though. and red cross is doing a good job i think. but yeah idk. my cousins got affected by it really bad. we both lost our houses.

i live in iowa,

but in ankeny (not where it is flooded)

and people are in refugee areas.

Actually, there has been some looting, just not on a large scale.  Most of it has been people going through the garbage that has been thrown away and no one really cares.

Some people that were trying to loot evacuated houses were beaten by neighbors that saw what was happening, so that has helped discourage other looters.
