Iphone 3G Price with out talking on the phone?

Question

I was wondering can i buy the Iphone 3G still for $ 200 if i don't get the phone. Just do every thing else but talk on the phone.

man i have a iphone and a ipod touch my iphone was 600$ and my ipod touch was 350$dollars plus tax 400$total both together 1000$ dollars gone in one day for a ipod and a iphone. and my iphone is not 3g mine is 12g

If you don't want to use the phone you should just buy an ipod touch.  It has all the same features as the phone except it doesn't have the phone (it also might not have the camera).
