Iphone 3G worth the monthly minimum of $70?

I would like to hear opinions on the value of the new Iphone. How much of a rip off is it?

Monthly minimum $70? You wish. Your forgetting taxes and fees and everything (Which I concede varies state to state). Your not even including if you text a lot. Mines around $110 per month with unlimited texts, the lowest AT&T minutes plan and unlimited data.

Its not a rip off. Its the price of admission. Supply and demand my friend with the subsidizing of the phone.
