Iphone 3g question...?

I'm being added onto an at&t family plan, with that, can I get the iphone? Will it be considered as a new costumer. Also, how much money is it going to cost me after the price of the phone, plan, ect... at first (I want the 8GB)?

yes i have an iphone 3g with family plan..

Costs:

phone: 200

activation: 18

plan: depends on how many minutes/texts

MANDATORY $30 per month data charge plus whatever the plan is

i just bought mine 2 days ago

199 for the phone

14 for something i forget

18 for the upgrade & 30 for the activation-these 2 show up on the nxt bill

So u pay $213 at the store and u get ur phone activated there

well it depends if you want to ask the people at the at&t store. But if you already are registered with them on a phone already it will cost you around $400, at least. if you want more cool phones like the new android program on Google phones. if you don't know what android is its a cool program that lets you see a 360 degree view of your location that you  look up on your phone to get a better view of that location & surroundings
