Iphone Help!?

I am trying to connect my iphone to itunes but everytime I try it says "This Iphone cannot be used because the required software is not installed. Run the Itunes installer to remove Itunes, then install itunes again." I did that but it still doesn't work. I tried to restore and recover my phone but still nothing. Does anyone know what it could be?

first of all uninstall itunes completely from the system along with its components:

if that doesnt work check the requirements:

go to apple.com

and then press iPhone then press chat.

talk with an apple representative and ask em wats wrong.

ask the phone company for help they might give you a new iphone if that the new one you better hurry up because it MIGHT HAPPEN TO MOST OF THEM because they put them together fast. so if you find the problem they will know what to look for.
