Iphone app that will change the profile mode ?

The iPhone has two basic modes on the side switch. You can switch between these by using little switch above the volume control on the left hand side of the phone. But i have need for third on one click, vibrate. Currently i have to go to settings>sounds to change it to vibrate mode. I was looking for some app that would give me an access to change just one mode.

Currently this would only be possible through jailbreak, as the SDK agreement will not allow applications to change system settings.

And even if you jailbreak, I do not think anyone's made a vibrate switch application (just Wi-Fi, EDGE, etc.).
