Iphone cydia help Jailbreak?

Question

I just bought an unlocked iphone. When I go into the Cydia manager there are a bunch of apps installed. Can I uninstall these and start fresh without my iphone locking back up? Im not sure what should stay and what should go.

You shouldn't uninstall too much. Only apps that show up on the screen. Some others might be needed for some things. As long as you don't uninstall anything other than from the home screen there is no way it can be locked again.
