Iphone help PLEASE ANSWER !!!!?

I want to get the new iphone 3G. However I have a question.

I understand that the new iphone still doesn't have video ( to take videos) or bluetooth applications? Any way to add these applications?

hack it and put the application

I have the first iphone not the 3G but i know it still doesnt have the ability to take video for memory reasons probably.
