urghhh i hate not getting answers either!! I have one open question and its been like 2 days already!

I'd say... I love how there's a whole bunch of applications + it can be used as a MP3

I hate the the on screen keypad for the SMS!!! its so hard to type.

Volume of alerts not loud enough. Battery easily exhausted(barely 24 hours; less if you use it for games and internet often. No Send Contact feature if someone asks you for a phone number. Great listening pleasure though from the iPod feature but only when you use the earphones.
