and i've decided on a smartphone.

would mobiles be any cheaper in vietnam?

Phones here are really cheap as everyone switches to the latest one at the drop of a hat. There are a tonne of shops offering the latest phones to really good second-hand ones.

Yes, we even have I-phones and have hacked the programming so they can be used with local carriers.

Prices range from $100 up to $2000 (if you want a Vertu).

We stopped using tin cans and string a long time ago....heeheehee.
