Ipod! Help me please!?

I accidently erased a bunch of movies and all of the songs. I've been trying to fix it but i can't! My mom is gonna be so mad but i just wanted to know if anybody knows how i can get all of it back?! PLEASE HELP!

Were the files deleted off the iPod or off the computer? If they were deleted off the iPod, then you should still have them saved to your computer. If they were deleted off the the computer, you can used a program, iDump, to transfer the files from the iPod to the computer.

have you checked if the songs are still on your computer? you should have a file on your computer somewhere saying "iTunes" open that and it should say "iTunes Music" open that and all your songs should be there... than go to ur itunes and click file and then click add file or folder to collection. than you can put the songs on ur itunes again if they are still on ur computer.... that is what i did when something like that happened to me. hope it helps :D
