Ipod Help! my ipod screen is frozen! any help!?

well my gf has an Ipod Nano (3rd Generation). Well she wanted to put music from my computer, and i plugged it in. I dont know why it didnt open in Itunes. So i decided to just plug it out, so now the screen is frozen and it doesnt let me turn it off or let me do anything! its on the screen where it says Connected...so is there anything i can do to make it work again!? thnx

Press the middle button and the menu button at the same time for about five seconds and it will restart

yes, you can let the battery run out

or press the center button and hold for aleast 5 seconds

if that doesn't work

let the battery run out

Hold down the "Menu Button" and the "Center Button" this may help because it resets the ipod KEEPING your songs and things.

Hold the menu button and the middle button together for a second or so.  Then it will kinda restart itself.
