We have a MAJOR problem. I have a 4gb ipod Nano from Walmart. I have had it for about two years. All of a sudden it would not display any of the pictures for the songs. It used to but now it doesn't. Just today, it deleted all my songs by itself. When i went to restore it, it has way more of the other then it does the Audio. I don't know what is wrong with it. Could it have a virus????

  1. yes it could have a virus depending on where you have downloaded your music from.

restore it ASAP to factory settings.  This will clear the iPod but you will retain the music in your iTunes library.  Once thats done, disconnect the iPod and close iTunes. Turn your iPod off and try to recharge it using AC power versus the computer.   Locate your iTunes music folder right click the folder and scan for viruses.  if viruses are found delete the files.  Now reconnect the iPod to iTunes and that should remedy the problem.  hope this helps!
