Ipod Problem! How do i know my ipod has gone dead?

Question

I left it on the couch && when i tried to listen to my songs it wouldnt turn on. I tried putting it in the charger but it still looks the same.

And this just happened last night. So is it officially dead?

I have an ipod just try charging it for a couple of hours if it dosent work then its broken

that happened randomly to me once and I thought it had died. Try resetting it by holding down the menu button and the middle button at the same time. Keep it held down on those two buttons until an apple logo appears. If that doesn't work, then it may be broken. If you have a warranty then get it replaced. Good luck !!
