Ipod Touch NEED HELP PLEASE!!?

Question

My ipod touch has been frozen on the safari internet screen for like 2 hours now and ive already held down the circle button and the top button but nothing is working. Help?

Reset iPod Touch: Press and hold Sleep/Wake + Home until the Apple logo appears.

Reset all iPod settings: On the Home screen choose Settings > General > Reset Reset All Settings.

Erase everything:  On the Home screen tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.

Hopefully with these steps, your iPod Touch responds

try holding it for about ten seconds.

Shaking it a bit helps with lots of things

or

Just let the battery run down, and then charge it and see if it works again.
