When I plug my Ipod to the computer, it doesn't recognize Ipod & a balloon says "Power surge on hub port- A USB device has exceeded the power limits of it's hub port. For assistance in solving this problem, click this message." I click it and it shows how to reset the port, but no help on the Ipod problem.
My brother has a Ipod Nano, uses the same USB port,same Ipod cable,same computer, and he doesn't have this problem.
