Ipod and itunes help?

I'm trying to sync music to my ipod, and have encountered a small frustration, some albums are separated into 2 albums, for example, track one will have all the same information as tracks 2-10 but will be displayed as though they were on 2 separate albums on my ipod, showing the same artwork and album name twice in a row when i go to cover flow or when i click on the artist on my ipod, I'm a very organized person and this annoys me. thanks

What you'll need to do is make sure that every piece of information about each song is the EXACT same (except for song title and track number).  

To do this, select the entire album in iTunes, right-click, and go "get info".  Then check off every box there except for track number.  Write back in the information that you think is relavant (such as artist name) and click OK.  Then sync your iPod.
