Ipod and podcast help!!

I have a Ipod shuffle, and I have subscribed to a podcast where I get long 30 min talking sessions. ANyhow I want to upload them to my ipod and have no problem doing so but the problem is I can't seem to just select the new ones without downloading the ones I have already listened to. So how do I only upload the new sessions without adding all the old ones?

When you take something off the computer, you are downloading. It's like taking something off your closet shelf. You pull it down. So your are downloading to your shuffle.

Open itunes and click on podcasts. Look for "settings" at the bottom of the screen. Click it. In the podcasts tab, choose "keep" and "all unplayed episodes". Then plug in your shuffle and sync it.
