Ipod classic skipping songs...

i recently just purchased a 80g ipod classic and something unusual has been happening. i have my ipod playing in my pocket, on hold, and it abruptly stops the current song playing and it automatically goes to the next song, without me pressing anything. the thing is, i've recently only been listening to korean songs that i've downloaded off of the internet, because i usually buy songs from itunes. do downloaded songs usually act like that while playing it from your ipod?

before i put a song or vid on my ipod i always scan it, you may have a virus. Go to google and type 'AVG FREE 8.0' download it and scan your songs before you put them in your ipod, or you can click the 'RESTORE' button in itunes when you connect your ipod and restore it, if its still doing that, THERES A VIRUS!

Yes, when u download songs. It's not always the whole song. That's why your iPod skips like that.

That is probably the reason. Try going to the place where you purchased it from and ask them about it. It could just be your ipod and don't forget your recite!
