A few weeks ago i was listening to my ipod and I noticed the click wheel wasnt responding to its movements as quickly as it usualy does. So i turned it of and the next day, It turned on with no problem but it wouldnt scroll down [or up] and you cant go to music or photos-anything. its just at the home screen. [ i tryed restoring it] but besides that the screen is fine. Should i bring it back? Will i have to return it [this is my 2nd ipod] Is there a place where they fix ipods? And if it helps i have the ipod nano, [the fat looking one lol].

  1. you need to reboot the ipod, you are not going to loss anything, Press and hold the Menu and Center (Select) buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 8 seconds. You may need to repeat this step.

  2. If you brought it from a store you could probs return and get money back or a replacment, but if you bought online then your best hope is probs either contacting them and the individual store of a repair shop.  I would go for a local repair shop as they are genuinly more reliable and as you didn't say where you are I can't help there, just look a a store map or whatever.

    Hope That Helps
