Ipod help new computer getting old songs into new itunes?

Question

Okay I just got a new computer and i have an ipod touch i have no access to the other computer anymore. How do i transfer all the sogns from my ipod touch onto my computer and itunes. With my old ipods i was able to hack into the ipod thru my computer and find all the song files.but you cant do that with the touch. how do i get all the songs off my current ipod onto my new computerr!? please help! I dont know wat to do please please help!
