Ipod help?! pleaseee :] ?

Question

okay so my ipod is being totally messed up. i was listening to a song and all of a sudden it just froze. i can't get the screen to move. i tried charging it, resetting it, plugging it back into the computer. and now itunes won't even open. i really really need my ipod back. does anyone know what could be wrong with it? it's farely new ... i got it for christmas this past year. i keep pretty good care of it. it's never been wet or dropped or anything. any ideas on how to get it to work again? and what's up with Itunes not working? please please please help. thanks a bunch ♥

put it in the freezer for the night, then when you get it out in the morning quick put it in the microwave for a minute

Like hold the home button and the button at the top for ike 2 minutes and then like it may turn off or reset. And idk why iTunes doesnt work. Maybe you can ask someone at Apple or something!

unplug it from the computer just reset it press the menu and the center buttons at the same time until the apple appears

Bring it to an apple store tey will fix it or replae it for free because it is a product defect and plus your one year warrenty hasent run out yet I had a similar proble with my iphone as well as my friend. Do NOt Put it in the freezer or the microwave. Only the freever works if you remove the battery and put that in. But that i violating you contract and if it doesn,t work apple won't replace it for you. I strongly dont recomend that!!!
