Ipod -- importing music. Help!?

Ok, so I'm leaving for college in a few hours, and I need to transfer my music. I put four gigs of it onto my ipod. with my new computer, is there a way to just import the music on my ipod to the new computer? or do i need to do something special?

  1. There are a couple programs that will let you transfer files from an iPod to a computer.  The first is a program called iDump which is mainly for transferring files from iPod to computer and can be very useful if your computer deletes your music.  The other is a program called iSyncTunes which will allow you to manage music between multiple libraries and your iPod.  Both programs are free.
